Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) is organizing a workshop titled "Advancing the Quality Management System of Support Units" from September 20-22, 2024, at the Green Lake Resort in Chiang Mai. Participants include representatives from support units across all six RMUTL campuses, as well as units under the Office of the President. The workshop was inaugurated by Associate Professor Dr. Teerasak Urachananon, Vice President of the University Council.

Key activities and lectures in this seminar include:

1. Lecture on "Proactive Strategic Planning" by Ms. Sureeporn Yaisanga, focusing on preparing units for proactive strategic planning to manage changes in the organizational environment and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Lecture on "Stakeholder Analysis", providing insights into understanding the relationships between the university and various stakeholders crucial to advancing RMUTL’s mission.
3. Lecture on "Driving Units According to RMUTL-EP" by Assistant Professor Dr. Siraprapa Chainet, Assistant to the President, presenting the RMUTL-Enterprise Performance management system to align unit operations with the university’s strategic objectives.
4. Lecture on "Linking ITA and EdPex and Disclosure of ITA Reporting" by Assistant Professor Supachai Akaranaragul, highlighting the integration of the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) and EdPex standards, promoting transparency and accountability in university operations.

This seminar aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
