     วันเสาร์ที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2569 ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ได้เดินทางลงพื้นที่ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา น่าน เพื่อเยี่ยมชมความก้าวหน้าการดำเนินงานโครงการภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและภาคเอกชน

     ในการนี้ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีได้เข้าเยี่ยมชม ศูนย์วนเกษตร–พฤกษเภสัช (Pharma-Agroforestry District: PAD) และ ศูนย์นวัตกรรมพฤกษเภสัช (Pharma-agro Innovation Center: PIC) การเยี่ยมชมดำเนินไปอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง โดยมุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองด้านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งศูนย์ทั้งสองแห่งนี้เป็นโครงการภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา น่าน และ สถาบันเค อะโกร-อินโนเวท (KAI) ภายใต้มูลนิธิกสิกรไทย

     ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการผสานองค์ความรู้ทางวนเกษตรกรรมยั่งยืน เข้ากับกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์พฤกษเภสัช (Pharmaceuticals from plants) ที่มีมาตรฐาน โดยมุ่งเน้นการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรพืชท้องถิ่นเพื่อยกระดับเศรษฐกิจชุมชนบนฐานความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และนวัตกรรม การเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ชุมชนผ่านเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการที่ยั่งยืน

     ในโอกาสนี้ เพื่อเป็นที่ระลึกถึงการมาเยือนและแสดงถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชควบคู่กับการพัฒนาพื้นที่ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ ได้ร่วมปลูกต้นยางนา จำนวน 1 ต้น ไว้ ณ บริเวณศูนย์วนเกษตรฯ โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย และผู้แทนจากมูลนิธิกสิกรไทย ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น

Deputy PM and MHESI Minister Visits Pharma-Agroforestry and Innovation Centers at RMUTL Nan

     On Saturday, August 22, 2026, Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), visited Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Nan to observe the progress of collaborative projects between the higher education institution and the private sector.

     During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister toured the Pharma-Agroforestry District (PAD) and the Pharma-agro Innovation Center (PIC). The visit was conducted in a cordial and welcoming atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on fostering close academic collaboration. These facilities represent a key partnership between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Nan and the K Agrio-Innovate Institute (KAI) under the Kasikornthai Foundation.

     The primary objective of this partnership is to integrate knowledge of sustainable agroforestry with the development of high-standard plant-derived pharmaceuticals. The focus is on leveraging local plant resources to uplift community economies based on scientific knowledge and innovation. This visit highlights the importance of strengthening communities through robust and sustainable academic collaboration networks.

     Marking this occasion and signifying the commitment to plant genetic conservation alongside local development, Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat participated in a tree-planting ceremony, planting a Yang Na tree within the Pharma-Agroforestry District. He was warmly welcomed by university administrators and representatives from the Kasikornthai Foundation.
